About the Role

Petra Mechatronics is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end inquiry lifecycle—from initial assignment to the sales team through to final sales order creation, client coordination, and order dispatch documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Core Focus: End-to-end inquiry management from assignment through order creation and product dispatch.

• 1. Inquiry & Sales Support
  • Respond to client queries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Web Chat.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).
  • Update CRM records, lead statuses, and activity logs.
• 2. Order Processing & Documentation
  • Create sales orders, tax invoices, and delivery orders in the system.
  • Draft Packing Lists (PL) and Certificates of Origin (COO).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• 3. Client & Team Coordination
  • Provide order tracking and status updates to clients.
  • Assist Sales Executives and Engineers with admin tasks and basic reporting.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination, back-office sales, or sales operations support in the UAE.
• Education: Degree or Diploma
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (for quotations, pricing calculations, and invoices).
• Communication: Clear written and spoken English; confident communicating via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Key Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organization, and fast learning ability.
• Location: Easy commute to our office locations in Dubai or Sharjah.

Preferred Qualifications (An Advantage)

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Industry: Background in industrial weighing equipment, automation, or instrumentation.
• Software: Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, SAP).
• Mobility: Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic (in addition to English).
