Role Overview

We are seeking an active Sales Executive / Engineer specializing in weighing equipment. This role combines inside sales support (quotations, customer inquiry handling, CRM tracking) with outdoor field sales (site visits, technical consultations, live demos, and client meetings across the UAE).

Key Responsibilities

• Indoor Sales & Technical Proposals: Handle inbound technical inquiries, analyze customer requirements, prepare commercial proposals, and issue quotes for weighing systems.
• Outdoor Field Sales & Client Visits: Visit customer sites (factories, warehouses, construction sites, and laboratories) to conduct site surveys, demonstrate weighing solutions, and close deals.
• Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships with key industrial clients.
• Order Hand-off & Logistics: Coordinate with the technical service and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date client interactions, quote statuses, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of technical sales experience, with at least 1–2 years specializing in industrial weighing equipment, scales, load cells, or measuring instruments.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of industrial weighing systems, strain gauges, and automation interfaces.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for field client visits.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering preferred.
• Languages: Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

1. • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, particularly Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
   • Technical / Industrial Sales Experience: Experience in technical or industrial product sales.
   • CRM software experience especially Zoho
   • Relevant Product Experience: Experience with industrial weighing equipment, measuring instruments, instrumentation, automation, or related products.
   • Arabic Language: Arabic language skills are an advantage.
   • Location / Commute: Residency in an area with easy access to International City, or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting.
